Standard Residential – Purchases & Refinances As at 1st December 2022
Starting from 8.75% + 1.25% fee

Not every deal will qualify for these rates.  Weighting will be applied depending on location, history, loan amount and other factors. These rates apply to new lending only.
Construction & Development  As at 1st December 2022
All construction including development 11.49% + 2%
Bare land, Apartments, Commercial (conditions apply). Rates & fees upon application.
We have no other construction fees, no drawdown fees and no line fees****. Please note this is applicable to loans in our appetite and we will assess each deal on its merits as it's presented. Weighting will be applied depending on location, history and other factors.  These rates apply to new lending only.
